Important Notice — Government Application

This is an official application of the Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population. Account deletion is not available directly within the application. Due to medical training regulations and data retention obligations under Egyptian law, all account deletion requests must be submitted to the support team and are subject to review and approval. Certain training records may be retained as required by regulatory and accreditation requirements.

How to Request Account Deletion

    Prepare Your Information

    Before sending your request, gather the following details to include in your email:

    • Full name (as registered in the system)
    • Registered email address
    • National ID number (last 4 digits only)
    • Training center / hospital name
    • Reason for account deletion request

    Compose Your Email

    Open your email application and create a new message addressed to the support team. Use the exact subject line below to ensure your request is processed promptly:

    Subject: Account Deletion Request — [Your Full Name]

    Write Your Request

    In the body of the email, include all the information from Step 1 and clearly state that you are requesting permanent deletion of your SIS account. You may use the following template:

    Dear Support Team,

    I am requesting the permanent deletion of my account on the SIS application.

    Full Name: [Your Name]
    Registered Email: [Your Email]
    National ID (last 4 digits): [XXXX]
    Training Center: [Your Center]
    Reason: [Your Reason]

    I acknowledge that certain training records may be retained as required by law.

    Send Your Email

    Send the email and keep a copy for your records. You can also use the button below to open a pre-filled email draft.

    Await Confirmation

    The support team will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been reviewed and the deletion process has been completed or if additional information is required.

Important Notes Before Requesting Deletion

Data Retention Notice: In compliance with Egyptian healthcare regulations and medical training accreditation standards, certain records — including logbook entries, certificates, rotation history, and training records — may be retained for a minimum of 7 years following program completion, even after account deletion. Survey responses and form submissions may be retained for up to 3 additional years. This retention is required by law and cannot be waived.
