1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Student Information System (SIS) mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population, operated in partnership with Intrazero.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the SIS application. Your continued use of the application constitutes your acceptance of any updates to these Terms.

2. About the Application

The SIS application is an official platform developed by Intrazero on behalf of the Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population to support medical training programs. The application provides the following features:

• Logbook submission and management for trainees
• Course enrollment, tracking, and certificate management
• Fellowship application processing
• Online meeting scheduling and participation (via Zoom and Webex)
• Survey and form management
• Attendance tracking and rotation/movement records
• Announcements and news center
• Learning Management System (LMS) access

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

Access to the SIS application is restricted to authorized users, including:

• Trainees: Medical professionals enrolled in Ministry-approved training programs
• Trainers: Authorized supervisors and instructors within the Ministry of Health ecosystem
• Administrators: Personnel with administrative access granted by the Ministry

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify your training center administrator immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

The SIS application is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older.

4. Acceptable Use

By using the SIS application, you agree to:

• Use the application solely for its intended purpose in connection with your medical training or administrative duties
• Provide accurate information in all logbook entries, forms, and submissions
• Comply with all applicable Egyptian laws, regulations, and Ministry of Health policies
• Respect the privacy and confidentiality of patient information included in logbook entries
• Not share your account credentials with any other person
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system or other users' accounts
• Not use the application to transmit any unlawful, harmful, or offensive content
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the application

5. Logbook and Clinical Data

When submitting logbook entries, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for the accuracy of all clinical data submitted, including activity types, diagnoses, and patient record numbers
• You have obtained appropriate authorization to record patient information before submitting any patient-related data
• Logbook entries are subject to review and approval by authorized trainers and administrators
• Falsification or misrepresentation of logbook data may result in disciplinary action, account suspension, or removal from the training program
• Submitted logbook data will be retained in accordance with medical training accreditation requirements

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and materials within the SIS application are the intellectual property of the Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population and Intrazero, protected under applicable Egyptian and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application solely for its intended purpose.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any part of the application without prior written consent from Intrazero and the Ministry of Health.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The SIS application integrates with third-party services to deliver certain features. Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms and policies of the respective providers:

• Zoom: Online meeting hosting (zoom.us/terms)
• Webex (Cisco): Online meeting hosting (cisco.com/c/en/us/about/legal/cloud-and-software/cloud-terms.html)
• Egyptian Knowledge Bank (EKB): Fellowship and training program co-administration

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of these third-party services.

8. Certificates and Official Documents

Certificates generated through the SIS application are official documents issued by the Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population. Any attempt to forge, alter, or misrepresent certificates issued through the system constitutes a violation of these Terms and may be subject to legal action under Egyptian law.

9. Fellowship Applications

Submission of a fellowship application through the SIS application does not guarantee approval. All applications are subject to review and approval by the relevant authorities within the Ministry of Health. Status updates (Pending, Approved, Rejected, On Progress) are communicated through the application. The Ministry reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion in accordance with applicable program requirements.

10. Availability and Modifications

We strive to keep the SIS application available at all times; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The application may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the application at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the News Center within the application.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The SIS application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population and Intrazero disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Guarantees that the application will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted
• Guarantees as to the accuracy or completeness of any information within the application

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Egyptian law, neither the Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population nor Intrazero shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the SIS application, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of training records, or disruption to training program activities.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the SIS application at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if your affiliation with the relevant training program is terminated. Upon termination, your right to use the application ceases immediately, though data retention obligations will continue as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Cairo, Egypt.
