By downloading, installing, or using the Student Information System (SIS) mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population, operated in partnership with Intrazero.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the SIS application. Your continued use of the application constitutes your acceptance of any updates to these Terms.
The SIS application is an official platform developed by Intrazero on behalf of the Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population to support medical training programs. The application provides the following features:
Access to the SIS application is restricted to authorized users, including:
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify your training center administrator immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
The SIS application is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older.

All content, design, code, and materials within the SIS application are the intellectual property of the Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population and Intrazero, protected under applicable Egyptian and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application solely for its intended purpose.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any part of the application without prior written consent from Intrazero and the Ministry of Health.
The SIS application integrates with third-party services to deliver certain features. Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms and policies of the respective providers:
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of these third-party services.
Certificates generated through the SIS application are official documents issued by the Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population. Any attempt to forge, alter, or misrepresent certificates issued through the system constitutes a violation of these Terms and may be subject to legal action under Egyptian law.
Submission of a fellowship application through the SIS application does not guarantee approval. All applications are subject to review and approval by the relevant authorities within the Ministry of Health. Status updates (Pending, Approved, Rejected, On Progress) are communicated through the application. The Ministry reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion in accordance with applicable program requirements.
We strive to keep the SIS application available at all times; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The application may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the application at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the News Center within the application.
The SIS application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population and Intrazero disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
To the maximum extent permitted by Egyptian law, neither the Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population nor Intrazero shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the SIS application, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of training records, or disruption to training program activities.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the SIS application at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if your affiliation with the relevant training program is terminated. Upon termination, your right to use the application ceases immediately, though data retention obligations will continue as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Cairo, Egypt.
